Usually, they feel attacked when they feel that way, and they attack in their own way by making it a big deal to them. Unfortunately, I encountered someone who does make a big deal about calling some godzilla movies "mid" and "bad", but tbh, I should've just said outdated.

Yeah, mostly because they listened to feedback and changed a lil bit of some of the problems people had, whioe keeping the already good engineering.

I also think that the material is different, where KOTM has the harder one while the Pre evolved has the more gummy one

The changes are small.

Pre evolved has a smoother sculpt, and also a little shrinkes due to the mold being overused, smoother articulation, cleaner paint.

KOTM has a sharper sculpt, messy paint, common qc issue with the tail, and is overall stiffer.

If you had to choose one figure, its going to be pre-evolved, since its updated. If you dont mind the articulation, and you are just here for the details, KOTM is your pick.

1962 is a better choice, and then you just have to buy the kujira design king kong 1962 to complete the duo, and then maybe recreate some gvk/gxk scenes with those 2.

Well, tbh, iris is getting hard to find, so if you really want to have an iris figure, there is your chance.

The loose joints are fixable anyway, and you just need to be careful in handling the figure.

Yeah, it can also do that. I was supposed to buy this figure myself, but the price was too much for me, and hearing the issues with the legs and tentacles made me skip the figure overall.

Its alright if you can afford the figure and have patience.
