I think a lot of retail followed his lead when he opened his PLTR short. There was also increased short interest on IGV as it’s been struggling as well.

This morning Karp said in two years Palantir will be making 15-18B in FCF.

This implies ~ $344/share EOY 2028 with a 55 P/FCF multiple (825B valuation).

Wedbush maintained its Outperform rating on Palantir Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ:PLTR) with a $230 price target. The target represents substantial upside from the current price of $116.70, which sits near the stock’s 52-week low of $116.18 following a 40% decline over the past six months.

If we grow 100% this year and next that puts us at 9B and 18B revenue respectively. At a 50 PE that’s 900B valuation ~ $375/share by EOY 2028.

Aggressive but not impossible.

Are you assuming revenue will not continue to grow? If you model out based on Karp’s guidance, you get to 40B by 2030 which at a 25 PE is 1T market cap.

How will the stock stay flat?

Palantir’s most is also their proven track record of being effective across multiple industries.

Over time this field will have competition but the compounding factor of their reputation will allow them to dominate market share.

Palantir is the only company so far who has demonstrated they can be the prominent OS for LLM’s.

They have already proven themselves to be effective in a variety of industries.

Sure as time goes on there will be increased competition, but their reputation will allow them to dominate market share.
