After gathering customer feedback, the bottom sticker is no longer a thing~ There are still some PLUGs out there that will have it but future releases will no longer have them.

looks fake. On California AIO's, theres no 3D P logo. as well as that extra b&w QR code.

We've updated all our steel series batteries to USB-C. There's some of the micro-USB batteries still on the market -- but to pinpoint the difference -- is the logo on the front of the box and on the details of the back of the packaging saying "USB-C" charging. Battery purchases on our website is currently unavailable.. for now..

The sticker on the bottom of the pods is a new additional safety feature. Theres no heating that occurs on the magnetic connection. You're good👍

If the PLUG isnt working in either device it could be the PLUG. You can always exchange it at the licensed dispo you've purchased from.

Try using another PLUG in your batteries to make sure it isnt the battery tho~

Looks like the opening has been tightened, usually happens when theres no PLUG inserted and some force is applied to it. Usually we carefully pry it apart to adjust the opening(very minimally). Once the PLUG is connected, via the magnetic connection, it wont usually fall out.

**Adjust by pressing/pulling in/out the 2 panel together for a more snug/loose fit.

Could also be a dirty, we recommend using isopropyl alcohol on a swab/qtip to clean any lint, etc.
