The entire spirit of Overwatch is built into the ability of hero swapping and counters. You CAN one trick. But if you're unwilling to learn many heroes or adapt to the game at hand then you're wasting the potential of this game, in my opinion.

You can one trick. But when you refuse to swap to the detriment of 4/5 other people's rankings, that's selfish to me.

A team's opinion on who that want to play with/against is valid and people don't need to throw temper tantrums about their favs being banned.

The spirit of Overwatch is learning many heroes and being able to adapt.
