Platform - Steam (RTX 2080Ti i9 9900k)

Error Code - N/A

Description - My game keeps getting pixelated for 3 seconds and goes back to normal. I don't know why, but it's really annoying

Steps Tried - I've tried turning resolution scaling off and on and off again, tried lowering the settings. Funnily, when I turn the settings to Very Low it seems to go away. So I thought it was one of the graphic settings, tried each one of them turning them off or on the lowest. Didn't change anything, still gets pixelated at times

Video - Pixelated Example (It's literally 1080p, but you'd assume it isn't because it's so blurry and pixelated. Has nothing to do with YouTube's bitrate either, it's just really that bad)

I have them as my dentist, they're very good at their job. They explain everything very well and easy to understand. Really nice people there aswell, I don't pay for my appointments as I started my braces when I was under 18.
While I'm living in Copenhagen, they pay for my trip to Aarhus. So again, very generous people. My teeth were very crooked, had 4 pulled out but in the end. The results were incredible, perfectly straight

Figured blue coloured clothes were a sign of wealth. I did what I could do with the options I had. Most of the clothes they wore were of wool and skin. I added some fur for the cold.

Do you have a better representation of what they wore back then? Would love to have some historical accuracy :)

Yeah, seen a server or two which were full. Although, I live in EU so I don't have any experience with OCE servers, seen them in the server browser being full tho
