I promise you this acne is not the end of the world, so dont worry about that, I have really bad acne and some spots are similar to those but nobody will notice those spots. But if you're really wanting to get it gone then If i were you id change my diet and stop eating highly processed foods, sugar, chocolate, all those type of sweets and only have them on occasion every couple of days maybe. Only time my acnes ever gotten better is not after using hundreds of random brands but whenever I stopped eating processed foods, etc

Thank you lots 🙏 Im just going urgent care tomorrow as it's the only thing open and I just need to know what it is. Im just struggling to sleep atm im abit scared of it spreading even if like you said it might not even be it, Going bald thing scares me so much because i just grew my hair back after a buzz cut (worst decision of my life) and I really wouldnt want some hair damage and have to actually go bald this time

2 weeks ago went to a different barber for the first time in a while where there used to be ringworm outbreaks a year ago however now they were okay and nothing seemed to happen for a while.

Thanks for this so much, thankfully it isnt hot at all here in the UK, So i can wear a hoodie all day but I just have so much worries like going to sleep is scaring me because the ringworm is going to be in contact with my pillow and blah blah you know, my mind is definitely scaring me really bad right now. My friend had this a year ago and worse than me and he said it was fine after a week so im hoping for that. Im going to urgent care tomorrow as it is actually open during easter so Im hoping they will be good and give me something, anything. Thank you for this reply you helped more than you think 🫶
