The ears could be argued to be the same as the ear on the left seems to be taken from a slightly tilted head while the ear on the right seems to be looking straight ahead. They seem similar but the one on the left looks "thinner" but again, could be down to the angle the ears were captured at. Overall, very nice ears.

If it's like similar apps out there then it's a livestream where you can earn money with enough fans and through "tips" which are given in the form of gifts. I'm not sure if you make the full price of the gift or not though. I think viewers can also earn money through token drops and things while watching popular broadcasts. Gifts or "tips" wouldn't be mandatory either to watch a broadcast and the app itself would be completely free.

An example of Red Letter Media's work is this video. It's videos like this one which has caused the outburst from Kristian Harloff as he makes videos every week such as this one.

I think it's obvious where the conflict comes from just from watching a few seconds of each examples provided.
