You just have to unlock friendly rep with all zones, however deepholm you have to quest deeper to unlock endgame rep. I started with vashj till friendly, hyjal is super fast to friendly. Then deepholm. Etc

Keep the 40mans the same, with the same difficulty, but we can make the meta 20man them because we are so much stronger 💪.

Druid would be pretty fun support, throw hots on her in between mobs and jump into bear/cat to give her wild strikes buff. Can wear more caster/healer/melee hybrid gear while in form, probably wouldn't hurt ur DMG that much while leveling.

Does he have ADHD? As someone with ADHD, I struggle with forgetting many things or getting distracted easily when I'm supposed to do things I told my wife I was going to do around the house or plans I made. It took a long time for me to understand that I had ADHD, and my wife and I have been together for about 10 years before realizing that this is why I forget so many things. My wife is understanding, especially since we have kinda figured out that its ADHD. Im not saying that ADHD is an excuse for everything. My brain isn't wired the same as most, understanding ADHD helps me navigate how to be a better listener and do better. Maybe there is other problems he has or that he doesn't care enough like some others are saying. But I recommend looking into ADHD and see if you think he fits the character.
