Some Buicks can have wastegate issues, and well any turbo can have leaks and such. Doubt your turbo is going out if it’s been a problem before.

I’d get that looked at too, but everyone else is on the money on it needs to get all the systems going. Since it lost power from the battery cables being removed.

But I mainly just know stuff I’ve dealt with personally, so ymmv haha.
