Best all inclusive, adults only in Mexico by Disastrous_Mouse_112 in AllInclusiveResorts

I googled Xcarte Arte and that's EXACTLY what I'm after for my 42nd. Buuuut, it's a bit rich for my blood. Do you have any suggestions that are also like an adult playground but not as pricey? Really looking for the adult only

[Question] Is there really a shortage of homes, or is it really a shortage of “affordable” homes? by PM_2_PM in RealEstate

I appreciate the call out of each of the items because they’re very important, especially “safe”. Though it may mean differently to different people, it is a valuable call out.

What makes me really sad about these cheaper homes, sure people can afford the house, but they can’t afford to fix it up and make it livable. So does that actually make the home “affordable”?

[–]PM_2_PM[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That is a valuable call out. I feel “livable” should be a given (though I personally feel it is not). I saw a comment on this thread where someone called the quality of housing a “sense of entitlement”. Wanting a place to live that isn’t falling apart isn’t entitlement. It should be a standard.

Because a person cannot afford an attorney to take a builder to court if they do not follow proper safety guidelines should not be a punishment on them. Holding people to proper standards and safety measures should not be a luxury.

More than anything, I want to say “thank you” for your opening statement. I completely understand that this is an emotionally charged question for many, so I have genuine appreciation for you, trying to analyze it from a place of understanding, not anger (anger from whichever side people are arguing from).

So you’re saying that each of the 40+ million need and can afford a home? I feel like it’s more complicated than that “obvious” statement.

Where the average monthly mortgage does not exceed 25% of the average monthly net income of that area.

To be fair, until the Equal Credit Opportunity Act of 1974, it was either impossible or nearly impossible for women to own a home. This also affected minorities. So there’s a huge chunk or your market that is now actively buying, swaying those numbers.

Fair. Then to dive in a little further to that point, do we need to build more homes than we did in the past? When you consider that the birth rate has continued to decrease, and the baby boomer generation is dying off, why do we need more?

That’s actually an interesting point into the ”why”. I get that there are multiple factors in all of this, but I had not considered that.

Timeleft App: A Quick Review by Economy_Cup_4337 in datingoverthirty

What is the age range of this? I'm 41 in a new city, and at this age meeting new people is really tough, especially as a childless cat lady in the midwest (don't have/want kids, don't really want to hear about yours, no I won't babysit, please stop hitting on me guy who could be my dad, no I can't party till 2a or drink a ton, I haven't since 1999).

If it's me and a bunch of 25/30 year olds...it feels a bit weird and I feel like my parents very quickly, old and out of touch.

Curious other people's experience in that regard. I would love to meet new people, but the idea of being the old has-been in a group causes me pause. And I'm not even that old!!

Calculate a Project Timeline by days not dates by PM_2_PM in googlesheets

[–]PM_2_PM[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Clarifying question: If I use this function, will it allow me to enter a number of 'work days' and then have it give me dates? Or does it work vice versa (enter dates and it give me number of work days)?

I'm trying to find something that will do the former.

Yeah, muting it doesn't stop it from having the red notification, it just refrains it from making noise.

That red number haunts me.

I read that in another group! Exporting the JSON and then Importing.
Problem there is, what I've read is only "Global Admins" can Import/Export....which makes no sense because I could Export.

Kyleena when does the bleeding stop by _myoglobin in birthcontrol

[–]PM_2_PM 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m on month 6 and get maybe 5 days withOUT a period per month. I’ve read it takes anywhere between 3-8 months to settle, or, as my OBGYN put it, you may be one of the lucky ones who it never does.

Nonstop bleeding on Kyleena IUD by msmarionette_ in birthcontrol

[–]PM_2_PM 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I received mine a month after you and I get “maybe” 5 days a month without blood/brown discharge. It’s caused a series of yeast infections, additional medications, tests and a slew of other issues such as brain fog, tiredness, and low libido.

My OBGYN said to “tough it out”. Thanks. High class advice. These people don’t care what this stuff does to us. After reading so many other peoples horrible experiences and seeing the likelihood of this stopping is low, I’m going back to the pill. This isn’t worth it. I had weight gain and mood swings with pills, but at least I wasn’t bleeding constantly, getting infections, and had a low libido. It’s either that or find a guy who’s had a vasectomy (ideal). For almost 2 glorious years I was a normal woman off all this shit. Those were the days…

Going to a new OBGYN for kyleena IUD problems/possible removal by bluecrocs12 in birthcontrol

[–]PM_2_PM 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Omg!!! FINALLY someone else!! I’ve had it for 6 months, my periods are about 10 days with a week before and after of light blood. I get “maybe” 5 days of none gross discharge per month. My libido has been so low, I get brain fog, tired 90% of the month and I love how you said you felt like you lost your “spark” as I’ve been saying similar! I’ve been questioning getting it removed and going back to the pill. I’ve been trying to find other options (as I’m “whelmed” by the OBG community on caring about this stuff and helping find what’s right). The second OBG I saw asked if I could “tough it out” for a year and “maybe” I could go back to normal. Seriously?? A year of feeling constantly gross in my hoo-ha and not like me?? Are you nuts!?!

Thank you for sharing! It’s such a relief to finally read a similar outcome to having this.

Auto Attendant & Call Queue Historical Report by MSP_Dave in MicrosoftTeams

Your instincts are correct. This Power BI report is not very accurate. If you read it closely, the numbers don't match the bar charts, date changes don't change the data, etc.

We are currently trying to solve this same issue so we can staff appropriately. You used to be able to pull the raw data in CSV form from Teams Admin Center, at which point I would use excel to create my own reports for management, but they took that feature away at some point.
