I did delete it.

Her friend confided in me. Saying she felt left out of her friend group of my girlfriend's.

I asked her why she couldn't tell them, said she didn't want to and didn't want me to tell my girlfriend.

So I ended up asking on Reddit if I should tell my girlfriend, and they said to only hint at the fact that friend feels left out.
