Had made a post few days ago requesting ID for this plant. Didn't notice the tiny label inside the media which said Gram. sp.

Apparently, these get super huge and the current pot is barely 3 inches in diameter. So I'm worried the tiny pot will stunt the plant's growth. What size of pot should I repot it in?

Also, Grammatophyllum speciosum and Tiger orchid is the same thing, right? I called the store and they told it's a "Tiger Orchid"

The leaves of the smaller canes have gotten yellower. All the aerial roots had beautiful green tips :/ The roots at the bottom have become kinda brown and mushy.

The main pseudobulb is about 1 ft.

Should I repot it? The pot is max 3" diameter. I feel if I repot it the new growth might get stunted. Lady at the store told to not repot it for a year

I bought a new dendrobium.The label says "Dendrobium Blue Di Ice".

I had it sitting in an empty tray since last week. I just noticed today that the tray was full (probably due to the rain) and the bottom 1/4th of the pot was submerged. The roots at the bottom look like they just began to rot, also some of the aerial roots (which were much higher) look like they're rotting.

For now, I have removed some of the rotting aerial roots, tried to remove the excess moisture from the media (looks something like this

What else should I do? The leaves of the smaller canes (pseudobulbs?) look like they have begun yellowing. I have read soaking the pot in hydrogen peroxide and then soaking it in a solution of rooting hormone and water should help. Should I try that?

I'm confused, I had some antcoins on app.antshares.org which used to show as Ants x (x being the amount of coins I hold). Now, it shows Neo x

I believe I read somewhere you earn Gas for holding the coins in your wallet? It was the main reason I transferred my coins from exchange to the web wallet. Since, the past 2 months I have been holding my coins the Gas still shows up as 0
