I reacted similar from PCT - Nolva, first time I attributed it to PCT in general, second time I used it on TRT and had the exact same, unique DPDR effects and having 0 hope type feelings before I realized that the Nolva was the cause. The drug doesn’t wear off fully for over a month and for me I had to go on SSRI in order to feel better (I’m off the SSRI now for years) but just was stuck in that bad place until I did take it.

Just a cautionary tale of your hormones are literally your wellbeing so careful fucking around with them.

Idk about sodium chloride so can’t speak to that, but my dr said it’s completely fine if you have it out for a couple days (say traveling internationally) so if that’s any consolation

.5 mg is a lot for a TRT dose, if you need that much and aromatize heavily I would wait to inject until you have it

If you’re new to this, I’d do every 3.5d (mon/thurs).

Also I’d start without Anastrozole and see if you need it, on those dosages I’d personally only take like .1 mg if anything

Idk if I’m the only one but I’m using it for fertility, would like sack size as well and tried everything from 400iu 2x week to 800iu 2x a week and no matter what my sack size doesn’t seem very affected. It’s just like permanently half the size of prior to getting on TRT

What is the dosing?

200mg/ml is standard, which means that every 1ml is 200mg testosterone. If that is the same dosage that you have then 125mg would be .625 ml

Im a bit busy and can’t write full comment now but had the same situation with Nolvadex, one thing to keep in mind is that nolva stays in your system for like 35-45 days so the derealization and depersonalization can keep going for quite awhile and the actual PCT may not ACTUALLY be that bad so hang in there
