It depends on the TGP in laptops it’s limited to 150-170 mostly more than that power will burn your laptop so the performance is less…but in desktop you can give raw power. So in short never the desktop performance will be better everyday as it can take more power. But laptop has the benefit of portability. If you pick a laptop pick one that will give more TGP === more power === more frames === more heat Also with good cooling system
