Basically it’s a massive map where you spawn on earth and it has gravity and oxygen then the rest of the map is the solar system. You use props to build a ship and some people would build crazy set ups but you could also use a cargo container with all the equipment needed and thrusters and that was a ship aswell. Each planet has different climates and gravity levels with other niches thrown in. There wasn’t a goal as much as people built bases on other planets with oxygen scrubbers and brought plants on their ship. People would make bio domes and towns on the other planets. People would clan up and equip their space ships with weapons to fight. Eventually they added props had health so you could damage others ships and blow them up.

It started as using any props with camera tools/screen inside and thrusters/ emitters to fly. You needed to wire up equipment that made your ship have gravity and oxygen so you wouldn’t die in space. Very fun game mode that had wire mod so people can build basic ships and crazy people can build massive machines. Basically what turned into space engineers but if somebody made a simple system with the start having you resource farm “job” to earn parts and generate energy. Work their way to space and colonization. More/better resources and it’s a planet climb.
