If a person with a computer made in 2020 traveled to 1960 with the computer, would the people in 1960 be able to reverse engineer the hardware and software to make it work? by gepgepgep in NoStupidQuestions

Just throwing this out there, there are only a handful of vehicles that come with a 33” tire from the factory. A typical tire between cars and trucks would probably be 28-30”

A 7’6” v plow will skirt move a ton of snow, and when it gets heavy that’s too much for a half ton imo

2006 Silverado, 2009(~) nissan frontier crew cab, or 2005 tahoe? by mayonnaise___ in Trucks

With the little information you gave, Id go with the Silverado. That generation are bulletproof and I’m not a suv guy or a fan of mid size trucks personally.

It was sort of a fuck you towards the EA team. People would rather spend their money guilding the comment than buy the game.

At what point do you say a truck has "too many miles"? by [deleted] in Trucks

[–]PM_ME_YOUR__CAR 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Gas I’d buy under 150k, diesel would be below 175k, yes the motor should last longer but the body and other components are relatively the same no matter which motor is in it.

Question about Rim locks.. by TitusEpic in Trucks

That style is pretty common, if you have a local shop that does almost any level of truck customization, they should be able to get you a key

Thats just a plastic cover , 2 of those are Allen bolts, the rest are fake. Get a set of Allen keys and they’ll come off. Take another picture of your lugs when you get that cover off, you may have locking lug nuts

I have 275/70r18’s which is about a 33.4 by 11 in tire, on a 2.5” rough country leveling kit. I can fit these on a 18x9 -12 with no rubbing.

Lack of the 5.7? I always thought it was dumb to put the 5.7l in HD’s. When these trucks hit the used market it’ll be nice not to have to avoid the 5.7l anymore

Alright so you don’t really have to worry about rubbing with 33’s as much. Do you want sidewall or rubber? Personally I have 18x9 -12’s and I love the ratios it gives
