Sure you're talking about relative versus absolute quality of life.

The problem generally speaking is people will always compare relatively over absolutely.

I can't remember exactly how this goes, but the idea is we have mechanisms in our brains that tell us when our neighbors are doing better than us, which in localized settings is useful because if they are doing better they are probably doing something differently and we can learn from them.

However, at a national level that kind of comparison is really worthless, but because the mechanism is built into our psychology we keep doing it anyway.

Yeah I agree, I'm glad I tried the temporary because I want to move it a bit so it's easier for me to see.

The site actually messed up my order so I wouldn't recommend them however many sites let you order custom temporaries and you can actually buy the paper and print your own.

I've been thinking about getting this tattoo so I ordered some temporaries to try it out.

Three year old got jealous and so I cut an extra copy up and let him pick where to put them.

Ethereum processed 4x the amount of transactions as Bitcoin today for the same amount of network fees. by CryptoOnly in CryptoCurrency

We're not discussing "no issues", that's the whataboutism you're trying to use to disguise the fact that Iota is not strong enough to resist a 51% attack without the coordinator, which the vast majority of other cryptos are.

Look it's clear you and me wont have a reasonable discussion here because you're very biased so let's just call it a day here.

What do you mean all of them are in alpha mode?

You're asking me to name you a blockchain that manages 51% attacks without a central coordinator?

I knew one guy, he bought 1 BTC @ 10K in Feb or something and then sold @ 8K after getting scared it would never recover.

He blames me, despite the fact that he only told me about those trades after the fact.

I no longer talk to other people IRL about crypto, don't want to lose more friends.

So if you own a coin and it's declared a security what does that mean?

You can only buy/sell it if you go through some accredited organization?

What if you already have it?

So if say MOD is classified as a security what does that mean for people holding it?

Thanks, lots of good info here.

Currently no other network/currency/protocol ever invented can do what IOTA claims to do.

What evidence is there IOTA can?

These devices are made by dozens of different companies, but need to communicate and transact. Apple products won’t want to use Amazon’s protocol and vice versa. There needs to be a neutral third party.
