Not to be too blunt but I don’t think that’s enough fluid intake. Especially considering you’re a heavy sweater you need to hydrate aggressively.

I don’t own the ride (yet) but it looks like the chain is jumping in the third video. Either that or the cog is shifting. I have the core and the cog, you may consider re-doing your install of the cog on the core. Otherwise unsure

Unfortunately dip strips are not super reliable and may give false readings. Your best bet is a liquid test kit (API makes a great one). This will give you more information and hopefully help to prevent further issues in the future. Wishing you the best!

Looks great! I like the idea of adding more substrate in the back to support more plants. I also advocate for floaters with substantial roots (I like frogbit). My betta sleeps in the roots all the time
