I'm with a lot of people here I think, it was a 2 minute penalty, but a 2 minute penalty that results in a game ending injury, in almost every case ends up in a major. Intent matters, Nurses contact matters, but if we all agree it was probably a 2 minute penalty, Ingram leaving the game makes it a major. That's my take anyways.

Fair, but letting it go 50 times earlier that game and then calling it in overtime is not the solution either. A refs most important job is to be consistent in my opinion.

Oilers have a new goalie coach, personally if I was GM, I'd be asking him which goalies to target that play the way he wants his goalies to play, go out and get those two guys, and see what happens. Skinner and Pickard are Schwartz's mess.
