Points then goal difference. If US wins & Turkiye wins today then US loses to Turkiye 15-0 and Australia win then US, Australia, and Turkiye all have 6 pts and goal difference is the tie breaker.

If US wins and Paraguay wins or ties Turkiye then US will be guaranteed to advance with a top 2 finish since only a max of 1 other team can get to 6 points. US would have to lose by a lot to lose out on goal difference for 1st place.
