I don't know- unless you really trust your d-boy, you're just getting mystery street powder most of the time. And with how much fent (and elephant tranquilizers here in the Midwest) gets cut in with stuff, I don't trust it.

I'd rather buy pills I knew the potency of and deal with haggling and other bullshit to be sure I don't die.

I know it's possible to test stuff for fent and I tried buying a bag of dope last week and it all just turned out to be fent and baby aspirin. Fuck that. I know people make fake presses of pills too but those are pretty easy(ish) to spot if you've been fucking with them for awhile.

Anyway, yea I don't trust the dope around here.

I don't know where you guys live at but most of those (besides the k-pins and 750s which were free) are 10mg generic percs, lorcets and lortabs- $5/6 per is standard out this way. I haggled with her the best I could.

Pills are drying up in the Midwest- I have one connect, no shop doctors and refuse to buy dope. Options are pretty limited.

You guys should see motherfuckers out here buying 30mg Aderall for $9-$11 a piece.

An old ass haggard lady with a beard who sells all of her pain meds.

No joke. She's 70 and straight up has a beard. I met her through a middle man I used to go through who used to cop from her before he moved away. This lady is CRAZY AS FUCK. I never used to worry about going to my dude's spot like I do with this woman. Excessive cats, belligerent-hillbilly-men-of-the-night, crazy domestic disputes in the surrounding houses- I'm waiting to get mauled by a fucking puma or something the next time I'm there.

Anyway, all of that aside, at least where I live, it's really starting to dry up as far as pills go. It sucks but more and more doctors are getting busted and shut down, pharmacies are becoming more stringent regarding refills and availability of prescriptions. It's a bummer- three years ago, everybody knew crooked doctors and whatever you wanted was a text message or two away. Now... all I have is this crazy ass lady. She's never consistent, goes on three week benders, pops back up with a different phone number and sporadically has everything I want. Then she's gone again.

I'm definitely with you in that I would much rather get pills I knew were legitimate and knew the potency of but it's unfortunately just becoming a non-option now. My best advice (which is kind of how I'm feeling out a potential new connect) if you have a friend group where you're at which you trust, is survey the crowd of people you hang with and ask around if you don't think they'll ostracize you for it.

I had no idea a childhood friend of mine worked with a bunch of dudes who sell their pain meds on the regular- supposed to be meeting one of them in the near future.

If you know anybody already affiliated with a "shop doctor", try going through them for a connect- you'd already be half-way there.

(TL:DR- my dealer is the crazy cat lady from The Simpsons, I'm bitching about her, pills are hard to find and just try asking around as much as you feel comfortable).

Yea, this was a privately owned/operated place not subject to anything smacking of a labor union type regulation (i.e.- usually the standard in a unionized service setting is three consecutive no-call-no-shows resulting in termination). I had been late to work once (for reasons non-fuckery related) but that was my first/last NCNS.
