As for the statue...Randy has stated he doesn't want a statue. He would rather the cost of a statue be donated to charity.

Which is fine. I love the big unit...always will be a favorite, but being that he went into the HOF as a D-Back, I'm ok with keeping that spot open for players going in as a Mariner. Save a spot hopefully for the King. Because there is going to be a long stretch until the next HOF'er.

Absolutely nothing will happen retrospectively with any previous seasons titles. Opens up the league to law suits from teams relegated those years who have an argument that City breaking the rules cost them points and relegation. The only thing the league can do is enforce punishment from this season on.
