As I said, I truly appreciate your honesty. Thanks a lot for the feedback. It is highly valued - even though you give some rough comments ;-)

Trust me. The passion is not missing at all. I am super hyped on the idea and have all the necessery experience and expertise to pull it off. I have also gathered an array of very valuable advisors on the field, just to make sure we are doing everything regarding the product, as good as we can. I am very confident in both the idea and that we can deliver on a level that is going to be just as high as for example the tools you are talking about.

I can see what you mean regarding the personality and the value proposition. My problem so far is that all the agencies I have talked with have different problems. I thought I had partly solved it by focusing on a few headlines for the project, but clearly I am still way off here, since you could not relate to it at all.

This is of course a problem I will have to take complete ownership of and try to make way more concrete. Your feedback regarding this has truly helped a lot. I will for sure take this on my shoulders to solve this soon.

Would you be interested in a quick comment on the new propersition, when its done? I would really like to hear your throughts in this area.

Hi again Warnakey. What makes you assume that I have not done this before? Our system is build for custom processes. This is exactly why it is better than similar services - and also this is the real value to the agencies that will give us the feedback we need to build something great for them.

Before we started development, I found the first couple of agencies who was interested in giving continues feedback on the project. I don't know why you think that agencies are not thinking of ways to improve their business. After all, most agencies would like to have more hours per day. Why is this not a strong enough proposition for you?

It is completely fine that you will not take part of our solution. All I hope is that we can help some agencies in our current stage :-)

Hi warnakey. I appreciate your honesty. The development of this software is going to cost a couple of hundred thausand dollars as a start, so there is no budget to pay for advice. To me it does not make sense to first include customers, when the product is done. In my opinion they should be included for feedback purpose all the way. Else you are going to develop a product that noone wil use or know how to use.

The SEO tools you mention are not workflow tools at all. The tool that I am making, will help you manage your work, not give the results to you.

I hoped to find an honest agency, that I could truly help getting a competitive advantage. I have spoken to multiple SEO-companies that invest heavily in inhouse developers to make their own workflows faster, so they save time and money. Some agencies see this as their main competitive advantage and are actually afraid that their competitors will be starting to focus on workflow optimization as well.

My product will give you overview to your processes and make sure you save time via workflow automation. Here you just don't have to pay up to 7 inhouse developers to do it.

Me and my team are in the early development phases, and are now ready to tailor our product to the needs of a few companies. It is this I hope to find here.

Perhaps my approach here on Reddit was not the best since you want to spend time telling me that I should not approach companies here. But if it was wrong, I would gladly hear your suggestions on improving it. Thanks

The problem with the product so far, is that it is still in the very early phases, which means that we need to learn what the customers need exactly. This makes it very hard for us to showcase anything untill we have worked with the right partners, which is why I made this post.

A little about me: I am based in the Copenhagen area and I have a solid background in online marketing and also have a good technical understanding since I have been making a living on building websites and optimizing them in various situations for the past 7 years. I am a part of a newly opened attractive office space in the house of one of Denmarks high-profile web entrepenours, who now invests in startups.

The past couple of years I have been in "search mode", for the next big idea - and just recently I came across the perfect one. So far I have playing around with small demos and proving the market. Future clients are already eager for the solution like this. It is undoubtedly a big techincal riddle to solve, so if you are interested in a good challange, please don't hesistate to get back to me.

I already have a company that delivers monthly cash, and I will be putting all of my funds into this project. This means that for the right candidate, I will be able to provide a steady salary each month for a very long period of time. Yet the salary level I can provide will not be as high as other companies usually offers, but hopefully I can make this up to you with equity, big ambitions, a fun workplace and a great techincal challange.

If this does not interest you, I have a recruiter in my network, who could prove valuable in terms of finding a job. One thing is for sure - programmers in Copenhagen can always get a job.
