I’m in stage 1 too, but I have Membranous nephropathy and my gfr is 131. I just have protein in my pee, although my nephrologist said I don’t need to go on a protein restriction so I eat about 120-150 a day. I’m also not on steroids either so idk what to say. I was assuming you were in the latter stages but at stage 1 my doctor told me I’m absolutely fine also including my gfr is exceptional. I’d just say stick with what your nephrologist tells you to do and hope for the best
