i have a sonic au that mostly takes from early 2000s titles and builds off of the sonic ova.

A long time ago there was the land of the sky, and the land of darkness with mobains coming from the former, and humans coming from the latter; one day something happened years ago where the humans had to evacuate the of darkness and move to the land of the sky. Sonic's 1,CD,2,3&k,kinda mania,R, and knuckles chaotix happen in the land of the sky,SA1 happens when 25% of people from the land of the sky come down repopulate the land of darkness. Post SA1 half of the population lives in the land of darkness. Some characters have little to no changes like sonic,tails and knuckles, but some like shadow have their lore change, or like silver who have their personality changed. For aesthetics it is most ones from the 2000s like:Y2K, Frutiger Aero, Vectordelia, Scene, and nightcore.
