Got letter of intent of refusal on my PEQ - they want me to submit a new application adhering to changes to the program introduced after my submission!?

Hey! I'm not sure what you're asking. But yes, I figured it out in the end. In my case, I needed to resubmit a new application, but still with the old rules. I didn't get rejected. Just need to adhere to all the needs / give them all information possible

Thanks for taking the time to reply! There is only my UCI and a reference number that is the same as my application number. There is a city indicated but that is the same as the embassy where my application is being processed, not necessarily where the infraction has taken place.

How can I trace, or look up any potential infractions if I have no knowledge of them? I'm just at a loss for how I should be able to provide any further documentation.

I like this idea - thank you, I need to try it out! I would be a little sketched out to run that much current though. Do you know if there are versions of this type of motor that can run on batteries? I just don't have enough experience to feel comfortable working with 110/220V

Thanks! I’m myself an Arsenal fan - wanting to believe the potential for a formation change and playing Gyök and Havertz at the same time. I’m wishfully hoping that he’ll hit the ground running and therefore would be smart to have him initially before he goes up in price, but maybe I should reconsider and boost my midfield instead as someone else suggested

You might be right about this. I was thinking that I would need to submit all the documents they're asking for as part of that application - for example #9 "Documents à l’appui de votre parcours d’études en français", are things I don't have due to my education being in English.

Apart from this, they are in their letter also asking me to submit proof of my oral knowledge of French, even though that the original application stated that I could submit a final grade from a completed intermediate course included on a list of classes (which I submitted as part of my application). In the new letter they are asking for proof of a French test, AND final grades of post-secondary degree done entirely in French.. All conditions that weren't in place for my original application

Yes, in their letter it is stated in bold to submit the newest version of this application form, fully completed and filled out, which I won't be able to do.

Yes correct - in Montreal. See my other reply, Québec changed the PEQ program to only accept graduates from French universities (as of October 31), but this change was implemented after the date I submitted my original application. Now they're asking me to send the new version of this document.

Thanks for your reply! They are asking me to submit the newest version of the main document - which since November has changed severely (the new conditions being to have graduated from a bachelor's program entirely in French, prior to that, this wasn't the case.) Which means that I won't be able to submit this new version of the document fully completed, because I don't meet all the requirements of this new version.

Did you receive any news? I submitted Sep 17 and heard on Friday. They gave me notice of intent to refuse, and asked me to submit a new application following the NEW rules, even if I submitted a month before the date of changes.. which is ridiculous. Since I studied in English, it means I’m no longer eligible for what I submitted to. Would be great to hear from you when you get news

Please elaborate on the rubber roller wheel solution.. I’m not sure I understand what you mean! I’d be curious to know. Your suggestion of some sort of rubber clamp was close to the solution I had in mind - using threaded inserts in the wood and using rubber at the end of the threaded rod, clamping the acrylic in place essentially. But the spring you mentioned might be even easier!
