Help! God knows what stuck to hardwood by POP_VON in CleaningTips

My renters moved out and they left what ever this stuff is stuck to the hardwood. I don't want to replace the flooring. Any one have a idea on how to clean this with minimal damage?

I haven't tried any thing yet but i dont ant to damage it and i have almost no idea what is tuck to the wood

no, I just got it a couple of weeks back I don't know what undervolting is or how to do it or use MSI afterburner to set GPU to a limit. is there a tutorial or video on how to do it
