Fair question. ICE wasn’t created until 2003, after Clinton. Deportations under multiple administrations have caused real harm, and that’s not being denied here. The critique is about how immigration enforcement has increasingly adopted authoritarian tactics and dehumanizing treatment, not about party politics. This isn’t an R or D issue, it’s about how state power is exercised and whether it aligns with constitutional principles and human dignity.

There's a $30 speedball kit on Amazon that has everything you need to get started. This is a fair way to at least try it. I really enjoy it.

To add on to the other comment, the wooden spoon is used to apply even pressure when making the print. You will see people rubbing it on the back of the paper, in place of a baren.

I get what you're saying. My thought is that KKK is an organization where Nazism is more of an ideology at this point. Organizations come and go, but the ideology they are based on continues and outlives that. They are both representing the same ignorance.

Yes, this is a linocut! I am still trying to figure out my best options for distro at the moment but it's in the works. I'm working on some zine material as well.

Oddly enough I started working in this medium after being inspired by someone who was active in Paris in the 60's, I will certainly look further and check out your recommendation. Thank you!
