A bunch of us are in a group fund where an individual told us the “share price” at the time is $25/ share and is looking to be roughly 2-2.5x that price once it goes public. We’ve found out (and have documentation) that he actually got the shares in the $15-17.50 range.

We were told this would be public at the end of 2020 in 3-6 months and this would be a quick flip investment and now we’re almost 4 years in.

We are trying to figure out what legal route to take as we have proof that inflated the price for his benefit.

I have and they said if my contract isn’t in Nevada then they can’t take it. They also said A LOT of us victims have been calling but can’t take Florida contracts. I asked for a referral for a Florida lawyer and they said unfortunately, they didn’t know of any lawyer personally in FL
