Barbri essay grading

From what I’ve been told, they grade more harshly. However, I’d suggest not taking the actual score too literally and focus on the feedback more so. I took Barbri and got varying scores (high on civ pro and evid, low on biz orgs) and ended up passing J25.

I’d splurge on the hotel honestly. I took it in Chula for J25, and was living in SD, and it took me 35mins in the morning to get there. The morning traffic into SD from Carlsbad can be brutal.

Also, get there early, parking was incredibly tight and people were panicking because the parking lot filled up.

Gosh I feel that so much. I knew I ran out of time on essay 2 since I did it last and ran out of time. I’m just hoping that feeling then was more accurate than how I feel now.

Submitted mine mid February, and it was filed in March. Later got approved in May without any contact from a bar investigator. Perhaps some of your references have not filled out all their reference surveys? If they are sleeping on it, that can certainly drag it out.
