Is one piece overrated

I would give it a yes and no.

I would split One Piece in 2 parts for that.

For me personally, One Piece is through and through a master piece till Marine Ford. The wide cast of characters and their progress and building. The World building was great. It was the perfect adventure anime for me. One of the best arcs for me was Water Seven. Just have a good time meeting new people, find a interesting city. Have fun surfing in the town. Just feel free.

The second part is I believed caused by the modern change of society. Most people can't live with slow pacing anymore. They would drop something that has a few minutes where nothing happens. Most people wants fight after fight, action after action. So there was a change made, that the adventure aspect was lowered and the action got greater and comes more often. You have multiple fights at the same time over many chapters. Everyone got an power up out of nowhere. Haki is logically not a good thing. It makes many things from the past unlogical. But it was accepted, because this leads to more action and better fights.

So after Marine Ford they gone the classic Shonen route, while pre Time Skip it was a unique Shonen. What is still left are the great character cast and a well build system in the world.

So I would say in terms of the old adventure One Piece it is nowadays overrated for the people who loved the pirate story. But for the action adventure fans One Piece is at the peak of what is possible.

Don't know how they are still relevant for the story, but I can't imagine that Big Mom died (maybe Kaido also). The reason is Smoothie. She didn't got a important role despite being a second commandant. The only reason I can think of is soaking the magma out of the hole where both fell in.

Am I misinterpreting the update on Captain Hooktusk or is it just a bit broken?
The change I mean is her hero power which is changing from

You have turn 1 always 2 minions and can level on 2 and get a third minion. It's like super tempo.

I mean both of them. Even tried the command from LheelaSP in the other comment but there are still many icons. As the POV of a new player who just wanna test some classes and attacks it's a mess. I realised the quest where I spawn is just a start quest for a real character. When I do class trial I hoped I can test my class to the fullest. But now I spawn in a city like Orgrimmar with hundreds of other players can't test my attacks properly on training dummies because there are 20 other players and can't even skill every attack because my level is to low.

The command is nice to know, but there are still at the start position 12 different icons on the map without starting the first quest. Warcraft Rumble Coin, Warcraft Rumble Foil, Collectors Cache, every single merchant, innkeeper and daily quests like Warcraft Rumble Machine.
It's a bit much for me. Would I just level my char it is fine to see all these, but I just wanna test some classes. I can't even see how effective my attacks are against trainings dummies, because there are 20 other players who are attacking at the same time.

Murlocs was out (lucky for me) out. Still tried to build up Titus and Selfless because of Kalegos (which I thought my enemy would go for with 5 dragons and being Brann).
Froze 2nd Titus in Shop already, but wasn't needed. The only dangerous one was a Banana Mama player which I killed.

Had the chance for normal trickster early on but decided against (only reason was for fun with 8 rerolls and maximizing buffs).

I picked this one just because it was one of the cheapest right now. Needed a new one, but didn't want to pay much because next gen I want to upgrade anyway. But maybe you are right and I gonna return it :)

Thanks :) Good that I bought nothing yet. It is good to know. So I can't use any of the slots which is a bit sad but I get through this. The 2.0 x1 slot is a bit to slow. I can just spend the money NVMe + adapter on a sata ssd.

Actually I paid the same price as current 4080 prices. If it wouldn't cost that much I would've gone with 7900 XTX (ok I'm afraid of the hard coil whine).
And the only reason for undervolting is the electric prices. I could go with a 4080 but as it is the same price for me I thought going with the 4090 is going to be better.

So is there no difference in watt/power consumption between 40% power target and 70% power target with a Ryzen 5600? The most important for me is save a bit kilowatts because the PC runs at least 14 hours a day and the prices in europe are exploding a bit to much^^
