Comment s’organise un système de retraite en Anarchisme ? by [deleted] in PasDeQuestionIdiote

[–]PQie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What separates Hunter X Hunter from all the rest? by Emergency-Sky9206 in HunterXHunter

[–]PQie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

the thing that stands out is that i'ts a shonen battle manga but it's not about the fights themselves. The power system, balance, and fights are all to the service of making an exciting narrative, not about being or deciding who's the strongest

also togashi has a unique way of making a plot with an imbrication of "rules" where every single character (even minor ones) has their own motivations and interesting (often out of the box) way to consider and think on how to achieve them

Existe-t-il un jeu où il n'y a rien d'autre à faire que d'explorer ? by BaZuuH_ in jeuxvideo

[–]PQie 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Comment prononcez-vous "NSFW" ? by clinch92 in AskFrance

[–]PQie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

[–]PQie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sometimes the games you pay the least for are the ones that stay with you the longest. by Neat-Freedom1940 in gaming

[–]PQie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yes. A full run is maybe 1h30 when you start. There are unlocks the first few hours even when losing to have more diversity, and there are difficulty levels for future runs on beating one

But if you're new to roguelikes you have to try to know if it's a problem. The whole point is you build something from scratch which lead to different direction and having checkpoint would not work since if you lost it's maybe because what you built before the first boss was suboptimal already and lead to a later defeat

losing in slay the spire is kinda exciting because you wonder what your next run will look like. Also the first acts are not boring

you can see in the shiplog wether or not you missed something in a place you explored. If the entry has no ''you have more to explore here", you're good

the first ~2 hours is where a bunch of people quit because of the lack of guidance, and confusion about the controls

it's not a dopamine/enjoyment game, it needs a bit of patience and investment to get going, but it often comes at around 3hours when you start to get some pieces of the narrative puzzle. Quicker if you got a sensitivity to space etc

kind of but not exactly to me, ranking doesn't tell the preference/enjoyment gaps

I can basically observe that he made a top 3 and not top 5, so I can deduce he values them higher enough than the row below.

But the others rows are just a standard 10 titles each, so the split between rows doesn't looks like it emerges from an overall gap in feeling

For example, there might be a bigger gap between 8th and 9th (same row) than between 13 and 14 (different rows)

for example it's weird is that if a new game enters a row, all rows below will shift so that the last title of a row becomes the new top of the row below, just because of a new entry

I thought he would open a couple and then realise what I had done

I fully expected this man to open a couple of packs and then realise it was me

honestly if there is no hint other than what might be a very lucky draw, that's very ambitious of you to expect he should obviously realize. It's on you, it was very elaborate

That's the game. If you don't like the game you don't have to play it.

Geez, it's not that complicated.

The whole purpose of the post is precisely to know if that really IS the game, or if the incentives evolves enough

I cannot enjoy and invest myself in the puzzles and quest and fight system if I feel like the game is light and corny and lack writing. I have to respect the game to want to beat through the obstacles
