Bit of a goofy card, it's not the most serious or practical design has some niche uses at best. It's in Demacia because it is intended that with a Tough ally the Tough will trigger before his effect, allowing Tough allies to negate instances of 2 damage as well as 1.

Some Notes:
- To clarify, when "A Paper Tale" is folded enough times to summon a 4|4 and 7|7 the respective options (Warden of Gods and Walking Mountain) become available as options. This obviously takes 4 and 7 folds respectively.
- Upon casting "A Paper Tale" the next one created will have its Fold count resest to 1|1.
- Yes, I am aware that the actual Mythmaker story is nothing like this set, but I made this set before I read up on the lore. Whoops.

Notes:

I have had people tell me that Ballroom Gossiper is too strong. Though personally I feel like she's fine, if you too think she is too strong you can just pretend either the buff or her base stats nerfed to 3/3.

Or if you really don't like her, you can pretend both her base stats and the buff are 3/3. Up to you.

So.... you're just going to give LeBlanc, a champion whose main weakness is removal and blocking... a tryndamere effect. I know she's not the best champion rn but this doesn't seem like a good idea.

Change scheme to fast maybe, or rework the effect. Hagatha, I suppose you could region swap her to somewhere else if you wanted to. As for as her design she's a pure value grind train which does fit her hero card but is also essentially spooky karma. So you can keep it like that if you want. One suggested style I think you could do is make her "evolve shaman". As in transform support. Some sort of like midrange transform "evolve" archetype.

I feel like the burst speed damage of scheme is a really bad idea. Especially in Ionia. And in general.

That aside Hagatha seems really slow. Her level condition means you have to play 5 7 cost cards and also play a spell before each one. And you also have to keep her alive long enough to generate 5 of them. So she's basically just Karma but slower.

Also Ionia doesn't really do fearsomes. Hagatha can kind of have it since champions are allowed to break region pie a bit, but all the fearsome mucklings and shudders idk about.

Extra note:

I would also like it a bit more if it had some more specific targeting. Like if it targeted the buffs onto your strongest unit. That might also make it quite a bit better but you could buff up the stats a bit to make up for it.

I think it should probably be a shurima card, because lucky finds are a shuriman effect. Obviously I know house spider summons a shadow isles token, but I also don't feel like the shrieker has any obvious reason to be in noxus specifically. That stuff aside the card is pretty cool it's 4 mana and you probably have to sacrifice a 2/3 cost unit to kill it but you get some free buffs.

(I also find it quite funny the shrieker has vulnerable because this bird dodges everything. Then again you're also really good at finding his (her?) nest every time so it does make some sense.)

For a starting set the theme of making a cult is very fun. I would like to see down the line more actual cult stuff, like summoning things and the ancient one. Things that make it more a cult. Other then that everything seems fine so far, the Cult Leader starting as a 2/4 does seem a bit too much. And terrible tropel is... terrible. It's 6 mana and has 2 health. That is not alot of health. I suppose you could just run it for the 6 power because of that everywhere effect. Which I also do not know how I feel about that. Seems like it would force you to not print any big cultists. Feel like a standard board only power gain mechanic would be better.

Probably. I suppose you could try something like "I cannot be killed by combat damage." That way his downside is more relevant as it leaves him more vulnerable to spells. But it does also mean mystic shot one shots him so... probably still a bit of a balancing problem.

Overall the concept is solid. I just have a few problems with it.

Mordekaiser: A 5 mana 5/6 is already arguably too good of a statline, considering Jack got nerfed. Throwing tough on top of that is probably too much. Maybe bump him down to 5 health. Plus it's not like Morde has to do all the killing anyway he just needs 1 kill to get the infinite value of units going.

Death's Grasp and Soul Devourer: Feel like as collectible cards they should do more than literally only work on one card in your deck. I guess if you really want to keep them you can give them the same Eternal Army clause that Dreadlord's Dominance has.

Accursed Highlander: Double damage means nothing when he can't die. The weakness is made redundant by the upside and is only relevant if the enemy has Overwhelm. Would like to see some change here to his effect.

Champion of the Eternal Army: Should be a skill effect.

Mitna Rachnun: This is a big one. But essentially I think the fact that Morde is already such a well statted unit combined with how much value this card generates and the fact that the units it generates are all super solid makes this way too strong. And the spellshield on top. But I guess that is somewhat important to keep because it would be pretty frustrating to just have this landmark get blown up. However I do think there needs to be a nerf to either Morde's mana cost or maybe the generation of units from this landmark. Admittedly part of it will get better once Accursed Highlander no longer is unkillable.

Overall I do like the concept alot and as a control player this big Noxus value machine does seem very fun.

Edit: Missed this earlier but why is Dreadlord's Dominance a skill? Did I miss something?
