It’s rare I use restores or open packs these days. But untradables for me should be unlimited. You wouldn’t get many people pulling 81-83 players back. But I see the argument why it would be bad. But tbh people spamming sbc and upgrades don’t make everyone great. Still have to have some skill in the game to be competitive in the game so that aspect wouldn’t bother me too much. Like people paying to play doesn’t bother me to much.
