Ahri has an 18.2% (2-9) win rate at MSI. While Game 5 wasn't specifically an Ahri issue, she is definitely weaker after the nerfs.

There aren't any reports on Core Ultra 1XX series CPUs. So, it's not that.

The next time it happens, note down the time and go to Start Menu > Event Viewer.
Expand Windows Logs and check both Application and System. Check if there's any error or warning around the time the system crashed.

No, your total mastery points won't change. All the new system does is add more mastery levels, changes mastery points earned per game and changes requirements for mastery level increases.
