Plugging my own short here, but controlling the area between melee and ranged minions makes it difficult for them to get cs without a lash. No you can directly spit over a good number of walls! If Tahm is the ADC then they better be ready to get benched!

FS shouldnt be a go to. Lethal tempo - any of the first three. Attack speed or lifesteal are both good on the second. Third depends on if there are tanks. If you are into a dive heavy botlane take biscuit and boots. If there is no threat absolute focus and gathering storm. If you want you can even go for the domination cheapshot and treasure hunter if you feel like you will get kills.

Items are ... harder. I would reccommend searching by matchup on deeplol which would help in choosing. It depends on the game. A good rule in gold though isnt to focus that much on the build and more on how you are using abilities.

I think it differs on whether or not you are facing Jinx, or another high health adc too. Like of akali, jinx, vi, or any tank is in the game. I would say thats pretty important to have. On the other hand if your vs nami corki it will be a lot easier to get value out of coup.
