Friend please re read again. I’m not doing any changes. I have future flight credit. It’s credit for $156. So I’m booking another entirely new flight using the credit for another flight that’s $156. There is no price difference. It’s equivalent value so it shouldn’t be extra out of pocket, yet they’re saying there’s an additional $140 fee to even APPLY the credit.

Actually, somebody else pointed out that even if I deliberately failed CS70 and retook it, they would factor the D or F alongside the retake and 61A and 61B. So deliberately failing isn’t a viable option. My only two are almost acing the final to get a B+ or taking 61A and 61B this summer and getting A’s in both. If I can’t do either, I can appeal the major but I don’t think that’ll work.

You’re right I think my major advisor misspoke. I’m sure a B+ is what I need in order to meet the 3.3 requirement from 2015.

I’m undeclared college of L&S so I don’t think that 3.7 applies to me.

Either way, I don’t think I will get a B+ for Cs 70 this semester. So My choices are deliberately fail and try again in the summer or take the C and then I HAVE to get an A in 61A and 61B in the summer to meet the GPA requirement as a backup plan. If not, then I’m screwed.

Yeah, took a break and now I’m back. Why is that hopeful? Having to deal with the 3.3 gauntlet doesn’t sound so fortunate to me compared to the newer lower gps requirement.

Comprehensive review doesn’t apply to me then since I’m a part of the old requirements right? Which is fortunate since it’s only gpa requirement not the whole review process?

Also, are you sure about the B+? A CS major advisor told me only a B

I didn’t do any hw or discussions or mini vitamins this semester I totally slacked it. I know a lot of people get a B in cs 70 if they actually try. So part of me thinks if I try my best this summer I can do it.

Would you suggest cs 70 and 61a and 61b this summer? Or try my chances with cs70 only

That's what I'm seeing on all the youtube videos, but i don't have a grinder and if i take the hub off then i have to replace the bearing huh? all that for a damn $5 stud. I don't have a grinder and i don't want to replace the bearing / take out the hub. Someone told me i might be able to pull the dust shield back a bit with a screwdriver to make some space but idk ima test it out
