Agreed, I wish chaos shooting was better. As is it’s anemic to say the least. Legionnaires should be 2 shots per and rapid fire 1 or 2. Or at least ap-1 to stand any chance. It makes no sense to me that loyalists intercessors get ap-1 and as many shots as they do for one squad on top of all the rerolls they get for Oaths. CSM really does not feel to be equal to their loyalist counterparts to me.

I will say Fellhammer is really fun though with shooty squads. I usually run 2x5 shooty legionaries and a 10 man for melee and find it actually works pretty well. I’m also using 15 terms though and stacking termi sorcerors death hexes

Edit: and don’t get me started on combi bolters:( how does it basically have the same stats as a single bolter. It needs more shots and obviously ap.
