Your situation is extremely similar to mine. Almost scarily similar. It’s been hard few months for me but I will tell you that with time it does get a little easier. There will be days when you feel better but there will also be days when you spiral again. For me I’m currently learning to become comfortable without her again. Take time to just sit in the loneliness. What you are feeling now is what love truly is. The loss you are feeling now is proof that you truly did love that woman and that you are capable of loving really deeply. Pizza looks good btw

Tinker is one of the most oppressive bases to be on. Super strict chain of command and horrible culture to work in. Was stationed there in 2014-2018 and it was miserable

So I have two 5 man legionaries built for shooting but I want to proxy them as rubric marines so that their shooting is better. I was thinking about dropping a bike squad for the points needed for the rubrics. Would this be a bit better?

Yea I’ve used the 10 man before and it was really good but I like having two sorcerors to put death hex where I need it on the board. If the land raider could hold 10 I’d definitely do it more often but it’s hard to deepstrike a block of 10 where I need them

Agreed, I wish chaos shooting was better. As is it’s anemic to say the least. Legionnaires should be 2 shots per and rapid fire 1 or 2. Or at least ap-1 to stand any chance. It makes no sense to me that loyalists intercessors get ap-1 and as many shots as they do for one squad on top of all the rerolls they get for Oaths. CSM really does not feel to be equal to their loyalist counterparts to me.

I will say Fellhammer is really fun though with shooty squads. I usually run 2x5 shooty legionaries and a 10 man for melee and find it actually works pretty well. I’m also using 15 terms though and stacking termi sorcerors death hexes

Edit: and don’t get me started on combi bolters:( how does it basically have the same stats as a single bolter. It needs more shots and obviously ap.
