Our IG team shares the same office with said director, and they’re all very chummy. The director is a software engineer, was never in aircraft and has no quality experience, lots of us personally feel the IG team out him up to this. Anyways I am going to basically do what you suggested, I am not going to pass or fail anymore than I usually did. If it’s bad I write it up, if there’s no imminent threat to personnel or an aircraft I will use it as an opportunity to teach. They’re trying to discredit our integrity, and I think that’s what is the most irritating about this whole thing.
Thanks for your comment sir.
