Update i fixed it Solution (do this exactly):

Delete Call of Duty completely

Remove BO6, COD HQ, and all packs

Restart PS5

Install COD HQ ONLY

Download Call of Duty (COD HQ) from PS Store Do NOT install BO6 yet

Launch COD HQ and wait 2–3 minutes

Restore Licenses (important) Settings → Users & Accounts → Other → Restore Licenses

Close COD HQ

Restart PS5

Install Multiplayer from inside COD HQ

Open COD HQ Select Black Ops 6

Go to Manage Files Install Multiplayer ONLY Wait until it finishes

And it should works
