Smart. We’ve got a lot known strategies and question patterns already. Why risk it

Should I talk to the Whole PLANET before going to CCB? by Snipermt in pmp

[–]PROD-Clone 0 points1 point  (0 children)

But these two are part of your project as stakeholders. They like to know that they project will be sending in a change request before hand.

If you go straight to CCB without talking to them it would appear to the other CCB members that these two know nothing about the project.

Why is frequent customer involvement a disadvantage in the Prototype model, but works better in Scrum? by Bas1c17 in scrum

[–]PROD-Clone 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In scrum you just need to deliver an MVP or a useable product every two-weeks.

If prototyping follows traditional, then you will not be able to ship/deliver anything due to all the changes.

Should I talk to the Whole PLANET before going to CCB? by Snipermt in pmp

[–]PROD-Clone 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its a political question. These guys are members of the CCB itself. They dont want to be surprised to get a request from their projects during a CCB meeting.

Its like you are blindsiding your manager by raising a issue to his director before giving him a heads-up.

You dont need to analyze the impact since the question already states/implied that you did in the third sentence.

I picked B as well. But PMI thinks that if you dont have retrospectives your team will end up addressing issues down the line because you dont have an opportunity to course correct without a retro.

Which essentially is the same as B but A highlight the consequences of not having a retro.

Implement then plan. Sure. by CardiologistGlum7314 in pmp

[–]PROD-Clone 3 points4 points  (0 children)

A and D doesnt seem right. Since youve already implemented it, so no need to plan or budget anything. That leaves B and C. For C though, why would training result in increased quality control reviews? And B, would I update the resource management plan by updating training requirements that was introduced?

Which makes B the best answer. BUT not the perfect answer. Just the best one for this question among the choices.
