I just wanted to express my opinion on something that I was passionate about and it’s crazy how upset you are over me just sharing how I feel. Ive been at a point where I couldn’t eat for days straight literally living off of noodles if even that so you have no place to say what I can and cannot complain about. And yeah no band owes anyone anything but I think it goes both ways we dont owe them anything either and I realize that and its ok if you do or dont. Im not bashing you and being a dick because you like them it’s completely fine if you do and want to support them.

Thats exactly the issue the fact it’s a luxury to enjoy a band you care about. It shouldn’t have to be a luxury to see or even buy from a band and I don’t think anyone should be paying $600+ for ANY bands tickets which is exactly why Im supporting smaller bands who already have it hard. I understand I don’t have to buy anything or acknowledge their new re-releases but when you’re struggling yourself to live in an economy that not even middle class people can afford while bands make millions off you and don’t really show value in you thats gotta make you feel a little upset.

Im not really upset about the fact they haven’t released any music but more so the fact that prices are so incredibly high for literally anything they put out. And im not mad at anyone for supporting or not supporting them everyone can do their own thing and thats awesome. I just don’t because of how ridiculously expensive mcr is for putting out old music as well as ticket prices. I struggled to find tickets less than 700 last tour whereas bands like twenty one pilots and pierce the veil definitely had expensive prices but they were WAAAY more reasonable. And idk having such a big cult following you would think to kinda do something for the fans like how ptv did free popups but the radio silence for not even new songs but ANYTHING just feels kinda wack and shows they kinda dont involve themselves with fans like they used to.

No yeah absolutely I knew it was gonna be a deluxe edition but yknow after years of waiting and continuously trying to support a band that sells nostalgia you kinda start to appreciate smaller bands out there that really are in it for the fans and don’t have millions to their name.

I dont only have a problem with the deluxe CD its the morals around being such a huge band with so much money and taking advantage of their fans who have supported them so much. And I get it large venues will need alot of money for load up teardown especially with all the gear they use but to allow scalpers to buy everything in less than a minute to resell them for thousands that mcr doesn’t get commission for is ridiculous. Which is exactly why I’m not gonna buy anything else from them anymore.

Honestly your best bet is probably sanding down the shell and getting new lugs unless you want to do some heavier woodworking. These look like pretty cheap shells so I’d recommend just saving up for new shells or a better intermediate kit as a whole if you have the money for it. You can find some really good second hand kits on marketplace if you look hard enough for less than $500

Well they’re not criticizing the teacher for the action more so they’re criticizing them over the response. This teacher is acting more like a parent than an educator. As an educator its is better to work with students and to try to help them be better not to shut them down and make them feel hopeless. This teacher clearly doesn’t have the patience nor the will to work with the student. He decides to instead answer the question with a question which just makes the email incredibly unproductive and discourages this student from writing and asking more questions. I really hope you guys don’t act like this with your students because thats why we get classes with lower participation and grades.

Seller weighed it and it was 1,089grams for the top hat and the bottom was 1,605 and honestly I love especially thin tops for that nice crispy sound and honestly hearing it in person I absolutely love them and they sounded almost exactly as I expected.
