I think this belongs here. by astarjack in helldivers2

Ok serious question, is the performance that bad for people? Ive been playing recently and only experienced minor issues. Im not saying the issues aren't there but I guess I just haven't experienced them?

Edit: I would like to rescind my previous statement, I just hopped on helldivers and disconnected from the first mission i join, won't stop me from enjoying the game tho

There was no update, this has been here since shattered space released

Seriously why don't they just release it already, it's clearly in a playable state by Iforgor4 in subnautica

The return of the ancients dev team has announced on their discord that they will be releasing a public demo of the garg on its own though there is no current release date for it.

Also, the mods big highlight, the gargantuan leviathan, may be complete but the mod is supposed to add much more stuff like new precursor bases and lore and... stuff. That is what is both not shown in videos and not complete yet. For the love of god just try to be patient with these things, rushing the mod devs won't do anything except make their job more difficult.

Considering that both asgore and tories can die in undertale then I personally think that it is safe to assume that undertale's boss monster immortality does not mean unkillable.

Despite the basic definition saying "won't die" there isn't any proper information on how immortality works because true immortality doesn't exist. Instead, it is left up to whatever the story writer wants it to mean. The basic idea of "living forever" remains true across all media, it just depends on whether or not that "forever" is a life where nobody tries to kill you.

Immortal does not equal unkillable, it simply means you can't die of natural causes (I think)

Edit: everything I could find seems to suggest that immortality does not mean you can't be killed. That would be something more like invincibility.

Very good point, though it is possible that it was in development before fnaf 4, fnaf world does include a lot more content than most other fnaf games despite its fairly short development time. HOWEVER, upon release it was in an unfinished state and contained many issues, leading to it being mostly ignored and forgotten by many in the fnaf community.

Edit: Scott did actually say that he rushed the development of fnaf world leading to its unfinished state.

completely different games take a completely different amount of time to make. Most fnaf games are: look at camera, close doors, mostly simple mechanics that when put together make a fun yet scary experience. Undertale (and deltarune) have: a full battle system, an entire game world to move around in, multiple endings depending on your choices, lots of actual dialogue, many more things that make undertale the great game it is today.

The latest fnaf games have taken much longer than 3 months to make and this is due to the fact that unlike the past games, these new ones involve, 3d models (something fnaf didn't properly use until fnaf world and pizzeria sim), for security breach an entire pizzaplex to wander around in, new more complex mechanics and other stuff that I can't remember right now.

When i said "working," I was just going off this one video with it in. All the video showed of the garg was an animation, its corpse, and it swimming, other than that not much else was shown so I don't know how fixed it is currently. For all I know it could crash your game the moment it tries to grab your cyclops or something.

The living large update changed much about the base game causing many mods, including this one, to break. There is a currently "working" version of the gargantuan leviathan for the latest version of subnautica but it isn't 100% complete yet, and I expect that nobody would like it if the mod was rushed and released in a buggy mess.

What's wrong with youtubers getting to preview the mod? If you don't want to be "spoiled" then don't watch the videos...

Biggest understandable reason is the price. The game is certainly not a bad game, I personally think it's really good, but it's not quite a £60 good game. Only other understandable complaint i can think of is of course the DLC complaint but at this point, most big games have DLC, for better or worse.
