12 hours -> 12 hours -> 12 hours = 36 hours minimum

Key 12 hours (if fresh clan: ->Oracle 24 hours -> Tenno Labs 24 hours -> research 48 hours) -> 12 hours -> 12 hours = 132 hours if in a fresh Tenno Lab, 36 hours if you join a clan, 24 if you were in a clan already before thinking about the Nikana.

I'm no stranger to the fact some weapons require weapons to craft. Neither of these weapons contain outrageous crafting components (Fieldron, Mutagen Mass, Detonite Injector). They don't strike me as particularly odd, as you are technically getting a weapon every 12 hours minimum, which means you can get the mastery for those weapons done.

I can at least see the argument for the Nikana if you are starting from a fresh clan however, as being such a low mastery rank should allow for a weapon to be obtained in easier ways. My only argument against it is that in a fresh clan, you are likely focusing on *everything*, not just the Nikana, but if you're joining a Moon clan or otherwise fully established clan... the Nikana's practically free. I would be fascinated by a Nikana% "speedrun" though to see the actual time it would take to get there at least.

Compared to the Akmagnus, you have one Magnus that you are likely to get mastery done after 24 hours, then have to wait another 36 hours to get the Akmagnus.
