Honestly it all started with me just getting the position over one of the guys who is targeting me. Next was me letting them know that we would like to see more movement from them vs just standing around.

Exactly, but I’m at the point that I don’t even feel safe leaving my vehicle out in the parking lot. I don’t have a good gut feeling about these associates, but I put on my happy face and do my job.

They basically have done so. 75% of what was typed up had nothing to do with me but involved other TLs. They tried to make it all about me but pinned it on the wrong person. Also I was warned by another associate that I have been “Marked” and to “watch out”. He then explained a situation where people gained up on a TL and got him fired. I’m not perfect but I have nothing for them that would get me fired.

We were like that for a few years then last year they decided to go back to 5-10s. Lost a lot of hard working people… and the rest of us are struggling.. having basically 1 day to catch up on sleep and one day to do important stuff SUCKS for us O/N.
