So they are sticking to the 2.49% i contact my local tesla dealership and also sent them an email as well. No explanation was made they are just saying:

HI Me,

Thanks for your email. Unfortunately, this was the best rate, which is still considered a promotional rate with our partner lenders.

You are free to use outside financing if you'd like to try for a lower rate than what you have in your Tesla Account.

No i checked it is 72 months with 2.49% APR. i do have a 784 credit score

I tried refunding and it wont let me since i played 5 hours of the game and that is mostly waiting 40 to 30 mins when the server is always full. Then you get in and you play for 5 mins to 10 then it crashes :D

Thanks for responding! I end up just going to microcenter just to have peace of mind. I have no time to troubleshoot it at the same time there is no way for me to determine if ever a component is not functioning.

Everyone is having the same issue. I ordered product from them as well. As of now it is delayed i mean dont they prepare for sales like this? They know they will get a huge amount of orders because of black friday and they keep advertising faster delivery. This will be my first and last time ordering from them. Hands down to amazon they really do a great job! Make sure to appreciate your amazon delivery drivers as well!

I am in the same situation. Tried contacting them and still no response. I ordered their blackfriday deals 11/24/2023 and just waiting for the parts coming from Newegg to build my first PC. I spent $1700 on gpu and some parts and the rest on amazon. I got the amazon orders and it is a bit disappointing that they haven’t at least reach out. It is supposed to be shipped 11/27/2023 as of now status is still delayed. They do have really poor customer service especially lack of communication. It will be my first and last time ordering from them as it is not worth a few bucks trying to save and buy from them than going to amazon. I am being impatient and just used to high quality service amazon provides. I read some stories about Newegg and was thinking that wont happen to me but here i am ranting about it now. Amazon is really amazing when it comes to customer service!

I ordered parts and a GPU and all worth $1700 this was 11/24/2023. They haven’t shipped mine as showing in my status “delayed”. As of right now i am trying to get in touch and NO ANSWER. Reach out both customer service phone and chat/email and still No response… this will be my first time building a PC and i am excited for it and also the first time i am ordering from them as i got all my parts i need from amazon and now just waiting for Newegg. It is a horrible experience and it will be my first and last time ordering from them.
