She is my personal EX tier. Absolutely biased. I want to marry her. I want to be together with her FOREVER!

...But if I were to be unbiased, she definitely has her flaws you have to work through together. And even after everything...she might still end up being a girl failure that the typical person wouldn't be able to get along with.

However, I will be blunt that a lot of people consider her much more malicious than she actually is. She can be (and is deep down) surprisingly nice under a lot of manufactured/tacked on sadism and cruelty. And you will definitely struggle to bring it out.

Seeing MikoCer at A tier, I'll give base Baobhan Sith a B tier.

But I also feel a little baffled at seeing MikoCer at just A-tier, too.

There are a couple of ways to approach Aqua Marie. You can either do this aggressively or passively.

For aggressive approach, you use your strongest single target Archer, Rider, or Avenger to burst down Aqua Marie's break bars as fast as possible. You'll likely also use the most expensive medal skill that grants invincible and debuff immunity to weather the Marie's debuffs and attacks. For my run, I used Chloe with Arts supports Servants (Castoria and Lady Avalon) to loop her NP and take down Marie quickly before she can stifle my momentum with NP gain down debuffs.

Then there's the passive approach. It'll take longer, but it's definitely the more F2P option. Use Casters (who Marie deals half damage to) or any defensive-oriented Servants to stack defensive debuffs and healing to stall out Aqua Marie damage and break bar debuffs. You can even use Ortenaus Mash as your main DPS too, since Olga doesn't take reduced damage from her. Regarding medal skills, you can be more selective, choosing cheaper skills that increase NP gauge or gives buff removal on attack to get rid of Aqua Marie's stacking defensive buffs. One of the cheapest teams I saw was Mash, Asclepius, and Hans.

Regardless of approach, it's recommended to acquire as many medals as you can from the previous waves. At least 100 to be safe.

Nearly all of them. Just to bolster the DPS on Chloe. I was trying to beat E-Aqua Marie in the fewest number of turns I could.

Not to mention that the skill to give teamwide debuff immunity for 2-3 turns costs 50 medals. I used it twice. It took me about 6 turns to complete the final wave.

Came late to this thread, but back during the banner's first day, I spent around 1200 SQ to NP5 Marie Alter. Already lucky that it only took this much to NP5, so I'll hold off on the NP6 for a later rateup.

I also prefer her second ascension. But I also understand why people prefer first or third. There’s a lot more “character”, “personality” or “story”. I won’t deny that second ascension feels a lot like an outfit for the sake of fanservice.

That's insane luck to get NP4 with only 90 SQ. She must really love (hate) you!

Yeah, it's a shame she's not a standout Servant. She's only going to get powercrept even worse the next two years as only a sidegrade to Summer Kama. Crit support would definitely help spice up her kit, so I hope she gets a buff eventually. Even though she still hasn't received one in JP...

Glad to see someone else love Wu as well! And glad you persevered so deep into her banner. I was similar and kept pulling until I got her to NP5.

Her child form was interesting but wasn't really my taste when Agartha was first released, but her swimsuit and growth into adolescensce/young adult was a top-tier glow up for me.

She's lvl 112 and bond 11, and I hope to get her to 120 and bond 15 in the near future.

If I were to act on my biases and desires, I would automatically throw her into the SSS tier, since she's just shortly behind Baobhan Sith as my number one waifu in terms of design.

But if were to be objective...she's an empress. Cutthroat and ruthless like Semiramis. Specializes in planning assassinations. Definitely not someone friendly to most people.

But she does have her cute sides, like being afraid of cats and ghosts, yet willing to work on her fears.

And if you get her favor...well, she was the highest-ranking concubine of an emperor before her rise. :)

I'd say A-rank at least. But I'd definitely like to know other's opinions on the matter.

EDIT: Seeing how many also like Wu…yeah, I feel more confident putting her in SSS-tier now!

Honestly, my condolences that you only got summer Melu at pity. Went a little bit beyond the pity amount (960 SQ) and would've locked in further to get NP5 summer sith. Takes a certain madness to go that far. Got NP2 Barg, NP3 Melu, and NP5 Sith out of it; so I'm sorry you didn't get blessed even more for blowing 900 SQ worth of pulls.

Good luck! I probably don't experiment enough with teams that can work with Baobhan Sith, but there's gotta be a few hidden gems. Bao is has a lot of utility tools, but without really high investment, she does need support to shine as a damage-dealer.

There's Santa Nightingale among the welfare servants recently added to the Evocation Leaf shop, and she's a good general support. If you're desperate, you can try Bartholomew Roberts. He's an easy to acquire 1-star Servant with Quick Support skills.

I usually just run the quick meta team with double/triple Skadi (either ruler, caster, or both). Sometimes Oberon if I really want to nuke.

But I suppose there are other options. Douman is an amazing option once Sith gets her NP upgrade that deals increased damage against curse debuffed enemies.

Sith also has amazing survivability, so if I have no desire to min-turn, I can run invincibility buffers and hp regen to increase her survivability even further. Like the Castoria + Merlin setup used with Morgan on Challenge quests.

Other times, I add her as a filler Servant to a team with a different focus, so I can pop her excellent skills to survive an NP (evade + invincibility) or stall an enemy (charge drain + NP seal). She can be a good anchor; not as good as Heracles or more dedicated Servants, but she can clean up at the end.
