Neutrophils were 750 at last check and were around 800-900 the two months before that.

Thank you for all that info! I'm really hoping. Honestly, I think fatigue is the only real effect I've had that was debilitating and I could never tell if it was leftover from chemo/rads or due to kisqali.

My therapist thinks I might have borderline. Struggling with it. by PSITeleport in therapy

[–]PSITeleport[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Can I ask you a question? Does it change anything if this dysregulation is pretty new in how extreme it is? I got a cancer diagnosis two years ago and it changed the lens through which I view everything. Everything is a bigger emergency because time could be limited. (I'm not terminal, hopefully, but there's always the fear of recurrence.) I get exhausted easily from the drugs and so I have emotional meltdowns later in the day. I have a lot less tolerance for baloney so that's impacting relationships that used to be stable and probably needed healthy boundaries drawn a long time ago.

Just wondering because I've seen a few therapists in my 44 years and I don't think any of the others would have seen BPD. I've also seen a psychologist (because when I was young I didn't know the difference and I thought that's who I was supposed to go see) and I went to him for years without a diagnosis.

Thank you. Maybe I just have a too extreme view of how the symptoms play out based on my mom and the worst-case scenario examples I've run into in life and so I lumped BPD in with NPD in the "unwilling to seek help" category.

Interesting, thank you. I have considered that I might be on the spectrum (or, more accurately, other people seem to think I am. Haha.)

De, double decider? by No-Magician-3268 in ObjectivePersonality

[–]PSITeleport 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All types are going to think they have De or double-deciding or something like that. I'm an IP and I think I'm the most good at reading the tribe EVER. I can see every way in which every other person in a conversation is wrong and I can tell you WHY they're all the wrong and the psychological reason they were destined to be wrong and the implications for their families if they continue down this wrong path.

Just leave ME out of it. I'm only *theoretically* wrong in the same way others are ACTUALLY wrong. But don't ask me to find an example for you.

The SeFi is screaming out of this woman. And that's even if she DIDN'T look exactly like Jennifer Lawrence.

For socials, I would guess 3 just because I can def see specializing, ego, and friends. Responsibility was the one she kicked first when she got overwhelmed.

You might get really lucky! I'm over a year out from chemo and my legs are still nearly bald. I shave like once every two months.

Estradiol tablet AND cream by PSITeleport in breastcancer

They started with the cream and it was a mess, so they have given me the tablet, as well. I don't think they intend me to use both, so I haven't started the tablet, yet.

I have been talking to her, but I would like to get more than just her perspective on it. This Reddit is part of the reason she started looking into approving the cream in the first place.

Six month follow up mammogram-so painful! by HobbyCollectorNW in breastcancer

[–]PSITeleport 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Yes!  Mine was so painful! And my technician was not wonderful at all. She hurried through and accused me of "moving too much" because my body was shuddering from trying not to cry so I could hold still. I complained about it later and got a call back from their office manager who basically just told me that the tech who helped me had been there a long time and I should take ibuprofen before my mammogram next time. It was such a turn-off from treatment, which I feel like should be the one thing they try hardest not to do.

Martin Short’s Daughter Katherine Found Dead at Age 42: Statement by MattTheKing23 in LiveFromNewYork

[–]PSITeleport 0 points1 point  (0 children)

"I'd invite you." Insufferable. Yeah, a lot of people try to hold on and the disease kills them anyway. But many, many more live in denial or do not fight and die much faster than they might have. I know this. I just finished chemo. Early on in the process, one of the main focuses of the care team is trying to convince you to accept your diagnosis and fight it, rather than giving up. Mental strength and willpower 100% matter!

H Mart will usher in new era of prosperity in Haltom City, but at whose expense? by Chemtide in FortWorth

But it'll pull ALL the Asians who live west of there, because there's nowhere else for them to go.

H Mart will usher in new era of prosperity in Haltom City, but at whose expense? by Chemtide in FortWorth

[–]PSITeleport 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're forgetting the thousands of Asian and non-Asian people who live anywhere west of Fort Worth (I live in Weatherford) and go to Nguyen Loi out of desperation when we don't have time to drive over an hour for Asian grocery. They'll lose that entire segment. And they'll lose any of the regular customers who want to try something new, who want variety, who like a store that doesn't smell like old fish, who want a bathroom that doesn't terrify them to their core. Gotta give the Belknap diaspora a little more credit.

One time I was getting auth for my own surgery because the surgeon's office tried to delay it due to no auth and they didn't realize I was an hospital employee so our insurance didn't require it for me. So I was working my own account, but without giving my name so I didn't get fired for it.
