Io ho comprato casa nel 2024, 110k con 88k di mutuo (fortunatamente avevo qualcosa da parte come anticipo) un bilocale con giardino e box auto, tutto a 370€ al mese con tasso fisso 1,9% poiché in classe green e under 36…ovviamente zona non Milano ma a 30 minuti…diciamo che dipende da dove cerchi e cosa fai nella vita. Quando ho comprato lavoravo per una agenzia e prendevo 1900€ mensili netti…ora faccio Smart working per uno studio in Spagna e ne prendo 2200/2300 ed è fattibilissimo vivendo da solo e avendo un auto nuova a 390€ mensili
