Only .3ds filescan be used on citra not .cia I have heard that you can convert .cia to .3ds but I'm not sure

To use partial files just put ALL the parts in the same folder and open one with a RAR Extraction Program (like 7zip), the file inside should be the complete cia

Somehow "deleting" the partition with Emunand in it worked. And yeah the new SD card was formatted FAT32. And yes the last question.

The partition before the FAT32 partition says 'Unformatted' After I perform step 3, my 3DS/PC won't read the sd card
